Overview

74LVC1G3157G is a single-pole double-throw low on-resistance analog switch. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V. The device offers low on-resistance and excellent on-resistance matching, with a break-before-make feature to prevent signal distortion when switching from one channel to another. The device achieves true isolation — even when the voltage at port A exceeds VCC, only minimal current flows back to the supply.
