These terms apply to orders placed on varnitronics.com with Varnitronics. Prices are in Indian rupees and shown excluding GST; GST is added at checkout and shown on your GST invoice.

Prices and GST
- Component prices are per piece, in ₹, excluding GST. Quantity breaks are shown on each part page.
- GST (18% on components) and the delivery charge are added in the cart and at checkout, before you place the order.
- Prices and stock follow our suppliers and are refreshed often. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Placing an order and payment
- You need an account to order, so your order history, payments and GST invoices stay in one place.
- Pay the order total by UPI or bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) using the details on the order page, then record the payment there. We verify payments within one working day.
- Your order is confirmed once the payment is verified. We then buy and pack the parts.
If a price or stock changes after you order
Occasionally a supplier's price or stock changes between your order and our purchase. We then ask you on your order page before going ahead: accept the revised amount, wait for stock, or cancel the affected parts for a full refund. Nothing changes without your consent.
Cancellation
You can cancel for a full refund until we buy the parts (email us with the order number). After that the returns policy applies once the parts are delivered.
Delivery
See the shipping policy: dispatch within 7–10 working days of payment, delivery 2–5 working days later.
Genuine parts and warranty
We sell new, genuine parts in their original manufacturer or distributor packaging, sourced through authorised supply channels. Parts carry the manufacturer's specifications as published in their datasheets; defective parts are covered by the returns policy. Datasheets and specifications on this site come from the manufacturers and our suppliers — please check the datasheet before designing a part in.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost production or profit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.

- Yes — new, genuine parts in original packaging from authorised supply channels.
