Privacy policy

• Account: name, email, phone, company, and a password stored only as a secure hash.
• Orders: shipping addresses, billing details (company, GSTIN, PAN, address), what you ordered, payment records and any payment proof you upload, PCB design files you send us.
• Enquiries: what you write to us through forms or email.
• Website use: pages viewed, device type, browser, approximate country and the referring site. We don't store IP addresses or full browser fingerprints.

• To quote, process, deliver and invoice your orders and to keep the GST records the law requires.
• To contact you about your orders and enquiries.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the website.

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, a first-party cookie for website analytics, and your browser's local storage to remember the components cart. No advertising cookies are set.

• Courier companies — the delivery name, address and phone.
• Our manufacturing and supply partners — only what is needed to make or source your order.
• Banks and payment providers, and tax authorities where the law requires.
• Service providers that host our systems and send our email, under confidentiality.

Order and invoice records are kept for at least eight years as required for GST and accounts. Other data is kept while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for anything based on consent, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email sales@varnitronics.com; we reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) can't be deleted before the legal period ends.

The website uses HTTPS throughout, passwords are hashed, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it.
