Shipping policy

All serviceable PIN codes in India. We don't ship outside India from the website — contact us for export orders.

• Flat ₹100 + GST per order, whatever the number of parts.
• Shipping is free on orders of ₹5,000 or more (parts value, excl. GST).
• The charge is shown in the cart and at checkout before you place the order, and appears on your GST invoice.

Most parts are sourced to order for you, so an order is dispatched within 7–10 working days after your payment is verified (working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). The part page and checkout show this as “Dispatch in 7–10 working days”.

If a part has less stock than you ordered, or its price changed before we could buy it, we tell you before going ahead — you can accept the change, wait, or cancel that part for a refund.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on the destination. Remote areas can take longer.

When the order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. They are also on your order page under My orders.

Please check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, or anything is missing or wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos — see the returns policy. We replace or refund at our cost.

You can change the delivery address by email until the order is dispatched. After dispatch the courier can't be redirected.
