AOZ6682CI-MS is a fully integrated, high-efficiency 2.0A synchronous rectification buck converter. The device operates with high efficiency across a wide output current load range. It provides two operating modes: PWM control and PFM switching control, achieving high efficiency over a wider load range. The device requires a minimal number of standard external components and is available in a RoHS-compliant 6-pin SOT23-6 package.
