Overview

AP2004H is a constant-frequency peak current mode asynchronous PWM boost converter. An external Schottky diode is required. At light load, the AP2004H operates in light load mode. Quiescent current is 100uA, and shutdown current is less than 1uA. The internal NMOS on-resistance is 130mΩ, ensuring high efficiency across the entire output load range. A 3A peak current allows the AP2004H to deliver 1.5A output load current. Ideally suited for MID and mobile power applications. Input voltage range: 2.5 ~ 5.5V. The internal switching frequency is set at 1.0MHz. The AP2004H is available in a 6-pin flat SOT-23 package.
