Overview

AP3128A is a constant-current DC/DC converter specifically designed for white LED driving. The internal MOSFET supports up to 10 white LED backlight and OLED power supply applications simultaneously, and the internal soft-start function reduces inrush current. The AP3128A operates in current mode at a fixed 1.0MHz frequency, regulating LED current via an external current-sense resistor. The 300mV low feedback voltage minimizes power dissipation. Additional features include overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, undervoltage protection, and overvoltage protection. The AP3128A is available in compact SOT-23-6L and DFN-8L 2×2 packages.
