ASRS13351TB-R

The ASRS13351 is a pHEMT GaAs FET IC switch. The switch connects the RF common port (INPUT, pin 5) to either the OUTPUT1 or OUTPUT2 port (pin 1 or pin 3, respectively) through a low-loss path by applying a positive voltage to the VCTL1 or VCTL2 pin, for transmit/receive applications. The switch presents a "reflective short" condition at the isolated port. The switch is housed in a compact 1×1 mm, 6-pin exposed-pad plastic Micro Leadframe Dual (MLPD) package.
