Overview

The AW36404 is a low dropout current-sink LED driver supporting both flash and torch modes. An integrated current-regulating sink maintains constant LED current despite variations in input voltage, LED forward voltage, or temperature. LED current is adjustable across 64 levels via single-wire pulses on the EN pin, with a maximum of 400mA. The AW36404 requires only a single MLCC to form a complete peripheral solution. In shutdown mode, all internal circuits are disabled, with power consumption below 1μA. The device operates over an input voltage range of 2.7V~5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C~85°C.
