Overview

The C8620 is an 8×8 dot matrix constant-current LED driver IC. Each LED supports 8-bit PWM constant-current dimming with 256-level linear grayscale adjustment. The IC integrates a microcontroller digital interface, data latches, and PWM constant-current driver circuitry, controlled by a host IC via an I²C-compatible communication protocol. Operating voltage ranges from 2.9V to 5.5V with extremely high current utilization efficiency, supporting normal operation across an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃. Available in QSOP24, SOP20, and QFN20 packages, with a storage temperature range of -65℃ to 150℃.
