CD4051-DW

The CD405X series analog switches use digital signals to control multiplexing or selection of analog switches, featuring low on-resistance and extremely low off-state leakage current. Digital signal amplitudes of 4.5V to 18V can control analog signals with a peak-to-peak value of 18V. These switch circuits exhibit extremely low quiescent power consumption across the entire supply range of VDD-VSS and VDD-VEE. The CD4051 is an 8-to-1 analog switch with three binary control inputs (A, B, C) and one INH input. These three binary signals can select any one of eight analog channels to conduct. When the INH input is high, all analog channels are disabled; when low, all channels are enabled.
