Overview

This is an analog multiplexer and demultiplexer, both digitally controlled. It is an analog switch featuring low on-resistance and extremely low off-state leakage current. These multiplexer circuits operate across the full VDD - VSS and VDD - VEE supply voltage ranges with very low quiescent power consumption, independent of the logic state of the control signals.
