Overview
The CD4052BM96-CN analog multiplexers/demultiplexers are digitally controlled analog switches featuring low on-state resistance and extremely low off-state leakage current. These multiplexer circuits dissipate extremely low quiescent power across the entire VDD-VSS and VDD-GND supply voltage range, independent of the logic state of the control signals. The device is available in an SOP16 package.
