CD4066-SOP-14

CD4066 is a quad bilateral analog switch designed for analog or digital signal transmission or multiplexing. The device features low on-resistance that remains relatively constant across the entire signal input range. It contains four bilateral switches, each with an independent control pin. The control signal simultaneously biases both the P-type and N-type devices within each switch to turn it on or off. The well of the N-channel device in each switch is connected to the input (when the switch is on) or VSS (when the switch is off). This configuration eliminates threshold voltage variation of the switch transistors with the input signal, achieving low on-resistance across the entire operating signal range. CD4066 is available in SOP14 and DIP14 packages.
