Overview
CD5035 is a half-bridge PWM controller for half-bridge topology power conversion, with a maximum operating voltage of 105V. Both high-side and low-side gate drivers feature 2A peak current drive capability. The device integrates an internal startup regulator along with programmable input undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and overvoltage protection (OVP). A single resistor programs the oscillator frequency up to 2MHz, with support for external clock synchronization. Current sense input and a programmable timer provide cycle-by-cycle current limiting and adjustable hiccup-mode overcurrent protection.
