Overview
Monolithic DC/DC voltage conversion IC fabricated in CMOS process, featuring voltage inversion, voltage doubling, voltage splitting, and multiple voltage output capabilities. Operates reliably within 1.5V ~ 5V range without external diodes across the entire temperature range. Delivers 10mA current per 0.5V voltage drop. The BOOST input can raise the oscillator frequency above the audio band, reducing output ripple and lowering external capacitance requirements. Integrates low quiescent current with high conversion efficiency; on-chip oscillator control circuitry and four power MOSFET switching transistors. Typical applications include negative voltage generation, voltage doubling, and 1/2 input voltage division.
