Overview

CN5611 is a current modulation circuit operating from 2.7V to 6V, capable of delivering a constant output current up to 800mA, suitable for driving various types of LEDs including white LEDs. The LED current at CN5611's LED pin is set by an external resistor, with a settable current range of 30mA to 800mA. An integrated power transistor significantly reduces the external component count. Additional features include over-temperature protection and LED short/open circuit protection. CN5611 is available in a 5-pin SOT89 package with excellent thermal dissipation capability.
