Overview

Low-voltage, high-bandwidth SPDT CMOS analog switches or 2:1 multiplexers/demultiplexers with a single output enable control pin. The device supports rail-to-rail signal swing from a single supply of 1.65V to 5.5V. When the switch is on, conduction performance is identical in both directions. The output enable pin places the signal path in a high-impedance state, isolating the bus when not in use and reducing current consumption. Offers low on-resistance and high bandwidth with break-before-make functionality to prevent signal distortion when switching signals from one channel to another. Ideal for high-speed signal switching in mobile and consumer applications.
