DIO3000QN10

DIO3000 is a dual SPDT switch that integrates an MHL switch and a USB 2.0 high-speed (480Mbps) switch in a single package. Its wide-bandwidth characteristics allow the USB connector to be used simultaneously for MHL video signal transmission and USB data transfer. DIO3000 offers a wide Vcc input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and features over-voltage tolerance (OVT), enabling I/O pins to withstand over-voltage conditions up to 5.5V. When power is absent or turned off, the power-down protection feature places all I/O pins in high-impedance mode without generating excessive leakage current. The 1.8V-compatible control logic of DIO3000 allows direct interfacing with the GPIO of a baseband processor. DIO3000 is housed in a compact QFN2*1.5-10 package, making it ideal for handheld devices.
