Overview
EA9204 is a low-EMI, asynchronous, integrated power MOSFET, switching-mode buck converter. It delivers a compact solution with 1.5A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range, featuring excellent load and line regulation. The device achieves low EMI through well-controlled switching edges. Fault protection includes programmable output overvoltage protection, constant on-time mode, and thermal shutdown. The EA9204 requires minimal standard external components and is available in a SOT23-6 package.
