Overview
EG1163 is a high-voltage, high-current step-down DC-DC power management IC with integrated voltage reference, oscillator, error amplifier, current limiting protection, short-circuit protection, and half-bridge driver. It is well-suited for high-voltage, high-current applications and supports up to 600V supply voltage input when paired with external high-voltage MOSFETs.
