Overview

EMS23157 is a dual SPDT low on-resistance analog switch. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V. The device features low on-state resistance and excellent on-state resistance matching, and employs a break-before-make mechanism to prevent signal distortion during channel switching. The device achieves true isolation. Even when the voltage at port A exceeds VCC, only a minimal amount of current flows back to the supply.
