Overview

EMS3157 is a single-pole double-throw low on-resistance analog switch. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V. The device features low on-resistance and excellent on-resistance matching, with break-before-make functionality to prevent signal distortion when switching signals from one channel to another. The device achieves true isolation. Even when input A exceeds the supply voltage VCC, only a minimal amount of current flows back to the supply.
