ESD224DQAR

The ESD224 is a bidirectional TVS ESD protection diode array suitable for high-speed applications such as USB 3.0 and HDMI 2.0. The ESD224's rated ESD shock dissipation value reaches the highest level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 (Level 4) international standard. The ESD224 uses on-chip differentially matched series components to improve the downstream ESD clamping performance while maintaining the signal compliance of high-speed interfaces. The on-chip ESD protection network of the ESD224 provides ultra-low clamping performance and high differential bandwidth, enabling the device to meet the HDMI 2.0 standard and providing robust protection for downstream HDMI devices. The ESD224 is available in the industry-standard USON-10 (DQA) package. This package features a 0.5mm lead pitch, which simplifies implementation and shortens design time.
