The ESD5451N protects sensitive semiconductor components from damage or malfunction caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage-induced transient events. Its excellent clamping capability, low leakage, low capacitance, and fast response time provide best-in-class protection for ESD-exposed designs. It offers designers the flexibility to protect a single bidirectional line in applications where arrays are not suitable. Available in DFN1006-2L (SOD-882) package.
