Overview

This device is an integrated power solution optimized for small- to mid-size TFT-LCD displays, primarily used in driver ICs for smartphone and tablet LCD panels. The positive charge pump features an internal switch, typically supporting output currents up to 120mA at VCI=2.8V. The negative charge pump features an internal switch, generating a -1× VSN voltage, also typically supporting output currents up to 120mA at VCI=2.8V. The system clock can either synchronize with an external signal from the driver IC or be generated internally by a fixed 670kHz oscillator. The device is available in a thin 12-pin 2.4×1.5mm UTDFN green package.
