Overview

FP6291 is a current-mode boost DC-DC converter featuring a built-in 0.2Ω power MOSFET in its PWM circuit, delivering high power efficiency. An internal compensation network minimizes external component count. The non-inverting input of the error amplifier is referenced to a precision 0.6V reference voltage. Integrated soft-start functionality reduces inrush current. The device is available in a SOT23-6 package, helping conserve PCB space.
