Overview

This is a current-mode boost DC-DC converter. The PWM circuit with an integrated 0.2Ω power MOSFET enables high power efficiency. An internal compensation network reduces the external component count to a minimum of 6. The non-inverting input of the error amplifier is connected to a 0.6V precision reference voltage, and an internal soft-start function reduces inrush current.
