Overview

This device is a high-performance quad SPDT analog switch with an ultra-low on-resistance of 1.5Ω (typical) at 4.5V VCC. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V and features a break-before-make design. The select inputs are TTL-level compatible. The device incorporates intelligent circuitry that minimizes VCC leakage current even when the control voltage is below the VCC supply voltage. This feature is well-suited for mobile handheld applications, allowing direct interfacing with the general-purpose I/O of baseband processors while achieving minimum battery consumption. In other words, no additional devices are required in actual applications to level-shift the control signals to match VCC. The device is available in a QFN 3x3-16L package. Standard products are lead-free and halogen-free.
