Overview

The FSW3157A is a single-channel, bidirectional, SPDT CMOS analog switch designed for single-supply operation from 1.8V to 5.5V. It features high bandwidth (-3dB @900MHz) and low on-resistance (typical 9.5Ω), targeting audio signal switching applications. The device guarantees excellent channel-to-channel on-resistance matching and flat on-resistance across the full signal range, delivering superior linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. This product is available in green SOT23-6 and SOT363 packages.
