Overview

FSW7227 is a bidirectional, low-power, dual-port high-speed USB 2.0 analog switch with integrated protection for USB Type-C systems. The device is configured as a dual 2:1 or 1:2 switch, optimized for USB 2.0 DP/DM line use in USB Type-C systems. Integrated D+/D- pin overvoltage protection supports up to DC 30V, with an auto-shutdown circuit to protect downstream system components. GPIO control for SEL and EN is compatible with 1.8V logic levels. The device is available in UQFN 1.4x1.8-10L and MSOP10 packages, is lead-free and halogen-free, and is ideal for mobile and space-constrained applications.
