GP3001S01

The GP3001 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator. Its wide input voltage range makes it suitable for a broad range of applications, such as power regulation from unregulated supplies. It employs internal switches with low on-resistance (typical 400mΩ/200mΩ) to achieve high efficiency (typical 93%). PSM mode is supported, and the fixed operating frequency of 2MHz allows the use of small external components while maintaining low output voltage ripple. With overvoltage protection, the IC can withstand input voltages up to 48V. The GP3001 supports 600mA continuous output current with a nominal feedback voltage of 0.8V. Additional features include thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, and gate drive undervoltage lockout. The GP3001 is available in a thin SOT23-6 package.
