Overview

GS3157 is a low on-resistance (4.0Ω), fast single-pole double-throw (SPDT) CMOS switch operating over a supply voltage range of +1.8V to +5.5V. The device is designed for low supply voltage, high-current signal gating, chopping, modulation or demodulation (modem), and speaker output switching in mobile phone applications. The device features break-before-make (BBM) switching. The control input IN can accept input drive signals up to 5.5V, independent of the supply voltage. All devices operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The GS3157 single-channel version is available in green SC70-6, SOT23-6, and TDFN1.45x1-6 packages.
