GS7227-HFR

The GS7227 is a high-speed, low-power DPDT analog switch operating from a single 5.5V supply. The device is designed to switch high-speed USB 2.0 signals in mobile phones and consumer electronics applications such as mobile phones with hubs or controllers with a limited number of USB I/Os, digital cameras, and laptops. It features low bit-to-bit skew and high inter-channel noise isolation, and is compatible with multiple standards such as high-speed USB 2.0 (480 Mbps). Each switch is bidirectional with minimal or no attenuation of high-speed signals at the output. The bandwidth is wide enough to transmit high-speed USB 2.0 differential signals (480 Mb/s) with good signal integrity. The GS7227 incorporates special circuitry on the D+/D- pins to withstand a short circuit of VBUS to D+ or D- when a USB device is powered off or powered on. It is available in green UTQFN1.8×1.4-10L and MSOP10 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
