Overview

HGFP6291 is a current-mode boost DC-DC converter. Its integrated PWM circuit and 0.2Ω power MOSFET deliver high efficiency and low power consumption. The internal compensation network minimizes external component count. The non-inverting input of the error amplifier is connected to a 0.6V precision reference voltage; combined with the internal soft-start function, inrush current is effectively suppressed. The device is available in a SOT-23-6 package, helping to conserve PCB space.
