Overview
HGXL1509 is a fixed-frequency 150KHz pulse-width modulation step-down DC/DC converter capable of driving a 2A load with high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. This regulator requires minimal external components, is easy to use, and integrates internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator. Its PWM control circuit enables linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100%. Enable and overcurrent protection functions are integrated internally. When secondary current limiting occurs, the operating frequency reduces from 150KHz to 50KHz. The built-in compensation module minimizes the number of external components required.
