Hi9103B

Hi9103B is a wide input voltage buck CC/CV driver with minimal external components, suitable for DCDC buck applications with an input voltage range of 8~150V. Utilizing a proprietary algorithm, it achieves high-precision constant voltage and constant current regulation. The output voltage is set via the FB pin, and the output current is set via the CS resistor. With a simple peripheral circuit, it offers high efficiency, low power consumption, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. Output cable drop compensation is supported, making charger solution development more flexible and convenient. The chip operates in fixed-frequency PWM peak current mode at 150KHz, with frequency reduction at light load to improve light-load efficiency. It supports soft-start, output short-circuit protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and over-temperature protection to enhance system reliability.
