Overview
HSY8121BABC is a wide input range, high efficiency, high frequency DC-DC step-down switching regulator capable of delivering up to 2A of output current. The device operates at a fixed 1MHz switching frequency with current-mode PWM control, allowing the use of small external components such as ceramic input and output capacitors and a compact inductor. HSY8121BABC also employs a forced PWM control scheme to ensure minimum output ripple voltage. Its input can withstand voltage surges up to 30V, making it suitable for applications such as surveillance cameras, LCD TVs, and set-top boxes. The device is available in a SOT-23-6L package.
