HT1635D

HT1635C/HT1635D are memory-mapped LED display controller/driver ICs. This series supports a maximum display mode of 352 dots, i.e., 44 rows × 8 columns. 16 levels of LED brightness can be achieved by adjusting the software-controlled PWM circuit. The ICs accept command mode and data mode instructions via a serial interface. Only 2 or 4 wires are required to connect the IC to a host controller. Display capacity can be easily expanded by daisy-chaining multiple ICs. These ICs communicate with most microcontrollers via I2C bus or 4-wire serial bus interface.
