Overview
HT2451A is a high-frequency (2 MHz) step-down switching regulator with an integrated high-side high-voltage power MOSFET. It delivers a single-channel maximum output of 0.6A with high efficiency, achieving fast loop response via current-mode control. The wide input voltage range (3.3 V to 36 V) supports various step-down power conversion applications under mobile environment input conditions. A 1uA shutdown quiescent current makes it suitable for battery-powered applications. Under light-load conditions, switching frequency is reduced to minimize switching and gate drive losses, achieving high-efficiency power conversion across a wide load range. Frequency foldback technology helps prevent inductor current runaway during startup. Thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault-tolerant operation. Package: SOT23-6L.
