HT26993D-ADJ

HT26993 is an ultra-low quiescent current synchronous boost converter. Its 0.9V to 5.2V input voltage range is compatible with lithium manganese, NiMH, and lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. A quiescent current of 0.6μA (typical) maximizes light-load efficiency and extends effective battery runtime. In addition, the high-side synchronous rectifier provides an output disconnect function that minimizes unnecessary current draw from the battery in shutdown mode. The HT26993 delivers 300mA output current in a 3.3V-to-5V conversion, achieving up to 93% efficiency at a 200mA load. The device features a buck mode that regulates the desired output voltage even when the input voltage exceeds the output. Furthermore, when the input voltage is 300mV above the output voltage setpoint, the device enters pass-through mode. The device integrates multiple protection features, including overvoltage protection and thermal shutdown. In addition, the synchronous rectifier supports short-circuit protection, further enhancing device robustness.
