Overview
HT3715 is a highly integrated boost converter designed for applications requiring high-voltage and high-efficiency solutions. The device integrates a 20V power switch, enabling output up to 18V from a single-cell Li-ion battery or two series-connected alkaline batteries. The HT3715 operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz, allowing the use of small external components. It features a typical switch current limit of 4A and a built-in 1.5ms soft-start time to limit inrush current. The device also implements output short-circuit protection, output overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown. The HT3715 is available in a compact SOT23-6 package.
