HT5183ARTZ

HT5183A and HT5183B are easy-to-use 3A synchronous buck converters with an input supply voltage range of 4.5V to 20V. Both devices are optimized to minimize external components required for operation and achieve low standby current. These switch-mode power supply devices employ COT mode control to deliver fast transient response and support low ESR output capacitors such as high-polymer polymer capacitors and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors without external compensation components. The HT5183A operates in pulse-skip mode to maintain high efficiency during light-load operation. The HT5183B operates in forced PWM mode to help meet stringent voltage regulation accuracy requirements. The HT5183A and HT5183B are available in TSOT23-6 and SOT563 packages, with a rated junction temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
