Overview
HT7463C/D is a current-mode step-down converter with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V. Suitable for a variety of applications, it regulates unstable power supplies to a fixed, stable output. The built-in low-resistance 0.9Ω switch enables up to 95% conversion efficiency while effectively reducing the die surface temperature. The HT7463C/HT7463D operates at fixed switching frequencies of 1250/550kHz respectively. The HT7463C allows the use of smaller external components while still maintaining low output voltage ripple. The soft-start function is implemented via the enable pin, allowing users to customize the soft-start time for specific applications by connecting an external RC network.
