Overview

HT7660 is a monolithic DC/DC voltage conversion IC fabricated using CMOS technology. It supports voltage inversion, voltage doubling, voltage halving, and multi-voltage output. The device operates from 1.5V to 5V and requires no external diodes across the full temperature range. It delivers 10mA per 0.5V dropout. The BOOST pin allows the oscillator frequency to be raised above the audio band, reducing output ripple and lowering the required external capacitance. The HT7660 combines low quiescent current with high conversion efficiency, integrating an oscillator control circuit and four power MOSFET switching transistors on-chip. Typical applications include negative voltage generation, voltage doubling, and 1/2 input voltage division.
