HT7750B

The HT77xxB series are PFM boost DC/DC converters with high efficiency and low ripple. This series features ultra-low startup voltage and high output voltage accuracy. Fixed output voltages of 1.8V/2.2V/2.7V/3.0V/3.3V/3.7V/5.0V are available with minimal external components. CMOS technology ensures low supply current, making this series an ideal choice for single-cell or multi-cell battery-powered applications. The HT77xxB series integrates an oscillator, a PFM control circuit, a driver transistor, a reference voltage unit, and a high-speed comparator. Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) minimizes supply current and ripple under light-load output conditions. These ICs are available in space-saving 3-pin SOT89, 3-pin SOT23, and 5-pin SOT23 packages. The 5-pin SOT23 package includes a chip enable function to reduce power consumption in shutdown mode.
