Overview
HT7886 is a high-voltage buck switching regulator capable of delivering up to 2A continuous current to the load. It integrates a high-voltage high-side power MOSFET with a typical current limit of 3.5A. The wide input voltage range of 5V to 100V suits a variety of buck applications, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and lighting applications. Hysteretic voltage mode control is employed for ultra-fast transient response. Switching frequency up to 1MHz allows the use of compact components. Over-temperature shutdown and short-circuit protection ensure reliable, fault-tolerant operation. A quiescent current of 200µA makes the HT7886 suitable for battery-powered applications.
