HTR3236SQER

HTR3236 contains 36 constant-current channels, each with independent PWM control, designed to drive LEDs at a PWM frequency of either 3kHz or 22kHz. The output current of each channel is set via an external resistor, up to 38mA (maximum), and can be independently scaled by a factor of 1, 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4. The average LED current per channel is adjustable in 256 steps by changing the PWM duty cycle via the I²C interface. The device can be shut down by pulling the SDB pin low or by using the software shutdown function to reduce power consumption. HTR3236 is available in a QFN-44L (5mm×5mm) package. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
