Overview
HX1509 is a 150KHz fixed-frequency PWM buck (step-down) DC/DC converter capable of efficiently driving a 2A load with low ripple and excellent line and load regulation. The regulator requires minimal external components and is easy to use, featuring internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator. The PWM control circuit enables linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 100%. Built-in enable function and overcurrent protection are included. When the secondary current limiting function is activated, the operating frequency drops from 150KHz to 50KHz. An internal compensation module is integrated to reduce external component count.
