Overview
HX3002 is a high-efficiency synchronous PWM boost DC/DC converter optimized for high-efficiency solutions in medium-power systems. The device operates at a fixed switching frequency of 1.4MHz, allowing the use of small, low-profile inductors and ceramic capacitors to minimize overall solution size. Automatic PWM/PFM mode switching at light load reduces power consumption and improves efficiency. The HX3002 delivers output voltages from 2.5V to 5V, with integrated synchronous switches designed to achieve high efficiency without the need for a Schottky diode. The HX3002 regulator is offered in the industry-standard SOT-23-6L power package.
